Payment
We only accept payments via PayPal. This alows the use of all major credit cards and facilitates domestic and international orders. Because PayPal is our payment system, our sales are covered by the standard terms and conditions of that site. By ordering a model from the Infamy Miniatures website you accept those terms and conditions.

Shipping
Our shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order, which helps us to balance costs and stops you paying over the odds for a small order.

We ship all UK orders by First Class Recorded Delivery. This ensures your minis get to you quickly and safely and in the event of any loss, we can track them down and replace them easilly or, if they can't be retrieved, we can recoup the money.

As long as the item does not go over a certain weight, International orders have the option of Standard Airmail, or International Signed For. Where an order is heavier, only International Signed For will be available. Customers who choose to use standard Airmail should be aware that in the event of loss, we cannot replace your item or offer a refund as there is no tracking number. If you want to be sure of safe and fast delivery we recommend International Signed For.

Your items will normally be packed up and shipped out on the next business day, but sometimes this is just not possible. We can guarantee that all orders will be shipped within 1 - 10 business days.

Please be aware that some countries have Value Added Sales Tax or other duties that may be charged to you when the delivery arrives across your border.

Problems with your order or delivery
